🍿 MIFF number 13 was Head South (2024) ★★½

Across the bottom is a rating of Poor Okay Good Great with Okay selected. The review reads: At its core it's a usual teen trying to find his way and his group film. Throw in the parents breaking up and you have the standard coming of age story. The leads are great though, coupled with a good soundtrack and some awkward but funny moments and you have a decent enough outing. Has the same quirkiness as most films coming out of New Zealand
