One of the things I quite like about micro.blog is the way posts are written in a thoughtful and considered way. I have a lot of admiration for people who make writing look so effortless when Iβm often staring at the keyboard wondering where to start.

π€ Trying to decide on a new blog name.
There have been so many people signing up to the local aus.social Mastodon instance in the last few days itβs a veritable feast of new people to engage with. Many I recognise from twitter that had slowly become less engaged. Hopefully that changes now theyβre on Mastodon.
Starting the Microblogvember challenge with a photo of the fine figure of a feline, Ms Ali. This gorgeous girl brings me joy every day. She is not a needy cat but is never far away from me when Iβm home, usually watching me going about my day.

Iβm a big fan of the Carrot weather app and its snarky messages. The combination of homicidal personality and communist politics in settings delivers some great stuff that often cracks me up.
