Reflecting on the fact that just like tuning a radio or tv, you adjust a few things in your life and the overall picture becomes clearer and you can see and hear better. If you remove the noise you can appreciate and enjoy the quieter aspects of life more.

Wind, high pollen count and my eyes do not play well together. I’m regretting accidentally not bringing my hay fever tablets with me to Melbourne and quite certain I will be heading out when the conference finishes for the day to buy some.
